A virtual corporation is a special kind of flexible network,
which combines spacially, temporally, and factually independent
units along the value chain to meet customer needs, realizing a
"one-face-to-the-customer" without any bureaucratic mechanisms,
but mostly supported by a wide range of modern technologies.
